Lendlease is currently undertaking the staged upgrade of Appin Road to facilitate the The Figtree Hill project which consists of 1,700 lots, open space, parks and community facilities.
Tsang Civil Consultants are managing the design for the duplication of 2.2km of Appin Road with a new plank bridge to create an overpass for a koala crossing between Biobank and protected bushland. ​
Tsang Civil Consultants has been engaged as the Principal's Representative for the delivery of Legacy Property's master plan in redeveloping the site to accommodate 550 dwellings on the 18.2 hectare former Cokeworks site in Corrimal, located in the northern suburb of Wollongong.

The first phase of the project included the detailed demolition of the existing Coke Manufacturing facility whilst retaining elements listed as either local or state significance.
The Orchard Hill North development by Legacy Property consists of approximately 1,500 Lot residential subdivision in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. The project will also include a village retail centre, a primary school, playing fields, major green corridor, lake and local parks to create an exceptional level of amenity for future residents.

Tsang Civil Consultants has been engaged to manage Landcom and TfNSW's transformation of Wentworth Point Peninsula Park, 6.8-hectare brownfield site into a stunning public park, bringing new life to the heart of Wentworth Point.
The park is nestled along the Parramatta River and surrounded by key landmarks like the Sydney Olympic Park ferry wharf, Wentworth Point Public School, and Burroway Road, this exciting redevelopment will turn a former industrial site into a vibrant green oasis.
